關於友屋旅館
簡介
Created from a reformed apartment building that was built during the early Showa period, Guest House Tomoya offers a Japanese-style retro atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the Showa period decor that has been preserved within the guest rooms and interior of the modern-style guest house.
The property provides slippers and free toiletries. Guest House Tomoya features free WiFi throughout the property. There is luggage storage space at the property.
The property is an 8-minute walk from Imazato station, which is an 8-minute train ride from Namba station on the Sen-Nichimae Line. Osaka Castle is a 35-minute train ride from the property on the JR Osaka Loop Line. Guests can take a 10-minute walk to enjoy dining at Koreatown near Tsuruhashi station. In addition, Universal Studios Japan is a 48-minute train ride from the property.

住宿折扣新版電價公式將在近期正式公告，經濟部長沈榮津今(1)日首度明確表示，年底召開電價審議委員會，國內電價不會調漲。沈榮津指出，至9月，台電公司營收已由負轉正，即使未來出現些微虧損，也將由電價穩定基金吸收，確保電價不漲進而穩定物價。
新版電價公式預告期滿， 11 月初將正式公告施行，經濟部並預定本月中旬召開電價費率審議委員會檢討國內電價，最快 12 月上路。
經濟部長沈榮津今日前往立法院經濟委員會報告並備詢時明確指出，目前看來，台電今( 2017 )年營收仍維持正數，電價應該不會有調漲可能性。

沈榮津並強調，電價調整關係國內物價穩定，經濟部相當謹慎，因此即使經電價審議委員會審議，需微幅上調，經濟部也會透過電價穩定基金吸收漲幅，確保電價不漲。
而依電價調整機制，國內電價每半年檢討一次，可確保至明年上半年，國內電價均將維持穩定。
